The Beginning of The Night Stalker- Richard Ramirez

Hello everyone, back with my new post. Stalker? You do know what is the meaning behind the word stalker? If you do, well good for you cause you do have someone stalking you. Creepy huh? Talking about stalker.Have you heard about Richard Ramirez?  In the early to mid 1980s, Ramirez terrorized Southern California known as “The Nightstalker” – a nickname created by the media for a serial killer who had claimed at least 14 victims in just over one year.

Born in Texas, Ramirez was the youngest of five children.  His father, ironically a police officer, was  abusive and his cousin, a veteran, reportedly shared photos from Vietnam with Ramirez that  showed him raping and murdering Vietnamese civilians.  Ramirez was present when his cousin murdered his own wife by shooting her in the face.  I took it somewhere from the internet. Forgot to cite it, but this is all the information I got on how did he turned out to be a serial killer. By observing his cousin's wife murdered in front of him, this is somehow triggered his killer instinct. Most of the serial killers have their own motive right? Lets move on to find out Richard Ramirez motive.

After moving to California as a child, Ramirez became something of a slacker.  He dropped out of school in the 9th grade, took up pot smoking which lead to a few charges for possession and subsisted on a diet of junk food so bad that his teeth started to rot out.  At some point he took up “devil worship” as a hobby, either legitimately or just for shock value.  It would become an influence on his terrible actions later in life. Ramirez began committing petty crimes in and around Los Angeles, various misdemeanor thefts and then later auto theft.  This lead to breaking and entering and it’s believed that as he grew better at it he also grew bolder, breaking in when people were home, staying longer, watching them sleep and taking souvenirs of his visits. 

Here comes the best part: 

His first victim was a 79 years old lady Jennie Vincow on June 28 1984,  she sexually assaulted, stabbed and murdered. Ramirez's second known killing occurred after nine months after his first murder. Angela Barrios was attacked but she managed to escape, Ramirez then killed her flatmate, Dayle Okazaki. Not satisfied with these assaults, Ramirez shot and killed Tsai Lian Yu the same evening. 10 days later, on March 27, Vincent Zazzara (64 years old), and Maxine his wife (44 years old) was found brutally assaulted and stabbed to death. Maxine Zazzara's eyes were gouged out by Ramirez.

A full- scale police operation came out with no concrete results. Ramirez attack pattern was likely like kill the male first the assaulted the female. Next two months , his murder increased rapidly, dozen victims- burglary, assault, and brutal violence with some kind of satanic rituals. Los Angeles was in panic situation. Based on the situation, a group of dedicated task force was established with the FBI stepped in to assist. Unfortunately, Ramirez leave Los Angeles on August. Moved to San Francisco, Peter and Barbara Pan was found dead on August 17, his attack pattern and satanic symbolism was well known thus changed his 'Valley Intruder' title to 'Night Stalker' as most of his assaults took place at night in his victim's homes. The media shown each of his attack in order to alert the citizen the danger of this murderous man , The Night Stalker.

Assalamualaikum, well its been so long since I post something here. Currently have some rough life and everything but still managed to deal with it. Get it? The main purpose of this blog is to provide informations about serial killer from around the world. Not some funny jokes about your life..I mean my life, nobody even care..So..I would to start over again..meaning that welcome back my detective serial killer sixth sense!!!Tadaaaaa!maybe I will add on some crimes here and there.. Who is Gary Ridgway?

Ridgway was born on February 18th 1949 in Salt Lake City, Utah to mother Mary Steinman and father Thomas Ridgway. Gary was raised in McMicken Heights, Washington and had a peculiar childhood overshadowed by a domineering and unsavory relationship with his mother. Gary was a bed-wetter and was believed to be of very low intelligence, with an approximate I.Q. of 82. He had trouble in school with poor academic standing and attempted his first homicide in around 1966 at the age of sixteen years old by luring a six year old boy into the woods and stabbing him.

Motive..

Sixteen years after attempting his first murder, Gary began a campaign of destruction to eliminate the world of as many prostitutes as he possibly could. It's believed he committed his first killing in 1982 but really there is no way to be sure.Ridgway began murdering working girls and dumping their bodies into "The Green River" in Washington State. He admitted to especially choosing prostitutes because he hated them and didn't want to pay them for their services. He also believed that because they were "second class" citizens that he would not be caught and would be able to continue the killings, which he referred to as "his job."

Mods operand of Gary Ridgway was strangulation. His victims ranged in age from 15 to 31 and one victim even had an unborn baby! They were all prostitutes who worked the main strip in Seattle, stretching from South 139th Street to South 272nd Street. The body count began to pile up and the case gained national attention. Ridgway was known as "The Green River Killer" because he liked to dump many of the victims into the river. He later started dumping the victims in special sites he referred to as "clusters."

He enjoyed visiting these dump sites and it was discovered later that he engaged in the morbid practice of necrophilia so he could relive the murder and gloat in his violence and sexual perversion. He often posed the bodies and left weird articles on the bodies, such as fish, and stones, the significance of which were never understood. On November 30, 2001 Ridgway was arrested for murder. During pre-trail on November 5, 2003, Gary Ridgway, avoided the death penalty in Washington state by confessing to the murders of 48 women. He was sentenced to 48 life sentences without the possibility of parole. Ridgway may have actually killed more than 48 but cannot remember the exact number. It is believed that he might have even killed as far north as British Columbia in Canada. He could however still face the death penalty for murders in Oregon and other areas outside King County jursidiction.

Who Was Ted Bundy

Theodore Robert "Ted" Bundy (November 24, 1946 – January 23, 1989) was one of the most notorious murderers in U.S. history. A serial killer, rapist, and necrophiliac, Bundy murdered scores of young women across the United States between 1974 and 1978. His total number of victims remains unknown to this day, and there is some speculation that he first began to murder in 1961 at age 15. After more than a decade of vigorous denials, Bundy eventually confessed to over 30 murders. Bundy is considered by some to be the archetypal serial killer, with the term "serial killer" having been coined to describe his crimes.

Bundy is believed to have been a sociopath. He is usually described as an educated and charming young man despite the brutality of his crimes. Typically, he raped then murdered, or murdered then raped, young women and girls by bludgeoning them, and sometimes by strangulation.

Motives

Bundy was a pathological liar, that was completely obssessed with his girlfriend Stephanie Brooks. When they broke their relationship, he never recovered. This could have been a possible motive. She broke his heart and he became resentful towards women in general. Some people think that this is what sparked his killing spree, but no one really ever really know. Ted Bundy took it to the grave and never told any one.

Ted Bundy,a serial killer that I called genius..chameleon serial killer.He had a good face somewhat I called a handsome and charming guy at that time.That s why young women were tricked by his appearance.I like criminology,I want to know more about serial killers.The reasons why they chose to kill people.I was surprised to see that many serial killers was a good looking people and people that we wouldn't notice they had killed many people such as Ted bundy,the green river killer."through the mind of a serial killer",my LS assignment.My others friend wrote about health,sports but me..I like my topic and my lecturer madam Jo was surprised and she even called me a murderer.Hehe.
